The Torch 1.0 is the entry to Body Geometry: the same sole geometry as the shoes above it, on an injection-moulded nylon composite sole rated at stiffness index 6.0 rather than carbon, closed with a single BOA L6 dial. For a first pair of clipless shoes it gets the important thing right — the foot sits where Specialized intends — and leaves the carbon for later.
