The cotton gauze is then sandwiched between 2 layers of Epoxy coated, Marine Grade aluminum wire mesh before being robotically pleated to DNA’s unique ‘large pleat edge radius’ patterns. The result is an extremely high-flow filter (98% efficiency) which exceeds any of today’s motorcycle needs.
