ACERBIS vest X-Flex Rally 2.0 white

The ACERBIS vest X-Flex Rally 2.0 white is a stretch rally vest for motorcycle riders who need comfort, mobility, and organized storage on long off-road and adventure rides. Developed together with Dakar and Africa Eco Race riders, it is designed to sit over your riding gear and body armor while keeping essentials close at hand.

Outer construction

The vest uses a fully stretch 100% polyester fabric that follows your movements as you stand, sit, and shift on the bike. This elastic construction helps it layer cleanly over jerseys and armor without bunching, making it well suited to active rally and trail riding.

Weather and dust management

The adjustable waist and bottom drawcords allow you to cinch the vest closer to your body. This helps limit dust and sand intrusion when you ride in dry, loose terrain and also stabilizes the load in the pockets over rough ground.

Thermal system

The X-Flex Rally 2.0 focuses on mobility and storage rather than insulation. The single-layer stretch polyester shell adds a light extra barrier over your jersey and armor without restricting airflow, keeping the vest usable across a wide range of temperatures when combined with your base and mid layers.

Fit and functional features

Designed to fit over off-road gear, the vest offers an adjustable silhouette thanks to its waist and hem drawcords. Storage is a key feature, with 5 external pockets and 4 internal pockets for tools, documents, snacks, and other small items. The vest is hydration-system-ready, with compatibility for a bladder and chest loops to route and secure the drinking tube, so you can drink on the move without loose hoses getting in the way.
