Engineered for the demands of off-road riding, the Alpinestars Bionic Pro Plasma Elbow Protectors offer a perfect blend of lightweight comfort, superior breathability, and advanced protection. Designed to keep you safe and comfortable on the trails, these protectors feature a removable Nucleon Plasma elbow protector integrated into an abrasion-resistant and highly breathable chassis.
Description
The Alpinestars Bionic Pro Plasma Elbow Protectors are anatomically profiled to deliver exceptional performance across all forms of off-road riding. At their core is the innovative Nucleon Plasma technology, a viscoelastic material derived from bio-based polymers. This advanced material is engineered to be pliable in all directions while providing strong impact force dispersion and absorption, ensuring Level 2 certified protection (EN 1621-1:2012). The design incorporates two independent thermoplastic shells strategically placed over the olecranon, significantly enhancing abrasion resistance, sliding performance, and overall impact protection.
Comfort and a secure fit are paramount. The unique slip joint construction allows for high levels of articulation, ensuring the protector remains snugly in position without restricting movement. A wide elasticated top strap further contributes to superior comfort and a secure closure. The protector’s construction emphasizes breathability with soft tactile inner padding and pre-shaped, perforated stretchable padding, promoting excellent airflow and enhanced rider comfort. This combination of advanced materials and thoughtful design makes the Bionic Pro Plasma Elbow Protectors an essential piece of off-road elbow protection, providing maximum coverage and reliable impact absorption in all riding positions.
