A collaboration between ASSOS and OGAT (One Garment At a Time), this limited edition marks a new era in on-demand apparel production—combining a made-to-order approach with precision craftsmanship, as each jersey is handcrafted in Italy, one at a time. OGAT’s mission is to drive on-demand apparel production through a made-to-order, Made in Italy approach. Focused on precision, advanced materials, and innovative production techniques, they’ve partnered with Assos for this new limited edition. It’s built on the R Jersey S11 platform, which combines race-tuned aerodynamics with extreme cooling and a simplified construction. The result is pure racing utility, infused with the DNA of the premium RS and pinnacle RSR jerseys but engineered for daily high-intensity riding. The ultralight textile, AirCell, is so impossibly airy that it virtually disappears while you’re wearing it, making it an ideal choice for racing in hot conditions.
- The main body textile is AirCell, an ultralight circular knit with an open hexagon pattern for extreme cooling breathability.
- Key details: Bonded Tec, PILtec Plug-In, Triple Ramp Pockets
- Assos temperature range: > +21 °C
