60V battery management system tailored for Dualtron electric scooter energy packs. The 60V BMS manages cell balancing, voltage monitoring and protection loops to prevent overcharge, overdischarge and thermal events, making it suitable for stock and extended-range configurations on the Forever platform. Integration aligns with Dualtron harness connectors and standard pack mounting points for the Forever family including 18Ah and limited variants.
Unit architecture supports reliable charge/discharge control with passive balancing and defined safety thresholds. The design simplifies replacement and maintains compatibility with factory wiring and controller inputs used across the Forever line.
