BURTON Custom faded snowboard
The BURTON Custom faded snowboard is a men’s camber all-mountain board with a directional shape and twin flex, built for riders who want powerful turns, strong pop, and dependable performance from park laps to steep, fast groomers.
Who this board is for
This board targets intermediate to expert riders who know what they want from a true camber deck. If you like to charge hard, carve clean lines, and still duck into the park or ride switch when the mood hits, the Burton Custom faded rewards a technically solid rider. It has enough response and edge hold for serious days on snow without feeling locked into just one style of riding.
Riding character and feel
The traditional camber bend delivers the kind of snap and precision that made the Custom name. It loads energy through the turn and releases with a lively, confident pop, while the twin flex keeps the board balanced whether you ride regular or switch. The directional outline adds drive and stability when you point it, yet still feels predictable on takeoffs, landings, and quick edge changes across mixed conditions.
Core construction, shape & geometry
A Super Fly II 700G wood core pairs with Dualzone EGD for a responsive, tuned feel underfoot, increasing edge grip and strength where you lean on it most. 45° Carbon Highlights fiberglass runs tip to tail to trim weight and fine-tune torsional response. The directional shape with centered stance options and the Channel mounting system make it easy to dial in your stance for all-mountain riding, while the sintered WFO base keeps it running fast across everything from mid-winter cold snow to late-season slush.
If you want an iconic, cambered all-mountain deck that feels at home on almost any terrain, the BURTON Custom faded snowboard should be high on your list.
