The DJI Mic Mini 2S (2 TX + 1 RX + Charging Case) wireless microphone system is designed for dual-subject recording, on-camera interviews, and content capture with phones, cameras, and computers. It combines two transmitters with internal 32-bit float recording, a single receiver, and a multi-function charging case that also handles storage and pairing.

Compatibility and connectivity

The system works with phones and tablets via a mobile phone adapter or Bluetooth, with cameras via the included 3.5 mm TRS audio cable or a compatible camera adapter, and with computers over USB-C. The transmitter connects directly to compatible DJI filming devices that support OsmoAudio via Bluetooth, and supports cross-generation connectivity in a 4 TX + 1 RX configuration with other DJI Mic Series components.

Build, operation, and workflow

The charging case holds two transmitters, one receiver, one Mic Series mobile receiver, two magnetic clips, two magnets, two windscreens, and one 3.5 mm TRS camera audio cable, providing a single storage and transport hub. The case can also pair the transmitters and receiver automatically. Users control power and internal recording from the transmitter’s power button, while pairing and linking can be managed either in the case or via dedicated linking buttons. Mounting options include a clothing clip, magnetic mounting using the included magnets, and hot-shoe mounting for the receiver when used on a camera.
