The Tempo Aliante R1 Light is Fizik’s waved, V-shaped Aliante — the family Fizik calls one of the most comfortable in its range — in its R1 Light build: carbon rails, a carbon-reinforced nylon shell and injected EVA padding, 144 g (145 mm) per Fizik, 36 g less than the Tempo Aliante R1. It keeps a wide central cut-out and a slightly wider, flatter platform for the sit bones, for long road and gravel days.
