NITRO Prime Chroma Wide black/blue snowboard

NITRO Prime Chroma Wide black/blue snowboard

The NITRO Prime Chroma Wide black/blue snowboard is an all-mountain directional board built to make progression easier, more fun, and more predictable for riders who want one board to do it all.

Who it’s for

This board suits riders who want an affordable, dependable platform to accelerate their learning curve without outgrowing it after a season. The mid-flex feel balances forgiveness and stability, so you can practice linking turns, ride faster, and start catching air with confidence. It works for all-mountain focused riders who still want to dip into park laps and the occasional powder day.

Core construction

A Powercore poplar wood core runs tip-to-tail for a consistent flex and lively response. Bi-Lite laminates use a bi-directional fiberglass layup that keeps the ride strong yet forgiving, with a smooth, predictable board feel. ABS sidewalls add impact resistance and durability, while recycled steel edges bring long-term tunability and strength. Underneath, the Premium Extruded FH Base delivers a mix of durability, speed, and low maintenance for everyday resort riding.

Shape & geometry

The directional shape offers a slightly longer nose for added stability, float in softer snow, and confident all-mountain control. A radial sidecut, built from a single radius, keeps turn initiation and exit intuitive and predictable whether you are feathering speed checks or laying out carves.

Camber & flex

Cam-Out Camber gives you the reliability and energy of traditional camber with earlier, smoother transitions into the tip and tail, helping reduce edge catches and rewarding clean technique. The medium flex rating offers enough support for higher speeds and carving while staying easygoing for progressing riders.

If you want a versatile wide all-mountain board that supports progression from first carves to confident resort cruising, the NITRO Prime Chroma Wide is a strong match.
