NITRO W bindings Cosmic ultra black

NITRO W bindings Cosmic ultra black

The NITRO W bindings Cosmic ultra black snowboard bindings deliver a progression-friendly, medium-flex ride for beginner through advanced women who want all-mountain versatility and long-day comfort. A response rating around the middle of Nitro’s scale balances support for carving and control with the forgiveness needed for freestyle and resort cruising.

Construction and comfort

The Nitro Cosmic bindings use EVA dampening in the baseplate to absorb vibration and hard landings without dulling board feel. A 3° canted footbed places your knees and hips in a more natural stance to reduce fatigue over long sessions. The 3D OptiFrame Comfort ankle strap wraps the boot with an ergonomic, pressure-distributing shape, while the Übergrip toe strap conforms to the toe box and can be worn over-the-top or as a toe cap. Speed Wheel 3.0 buckles and ratchets provide smooth engagement and release, built to work reliably in cold conditions.

Interface and board feel

The Universal Mini Disc keeps the binding footprint compact so the board can flex more naturally underfoot, enhancing a smooth ride and predictable response. Board Saver Technology rounds the baseplate corners to reduce stress on the board and let it flex cleanly around the binding. The disc mounts on standard 2×4 insert patterns and is compatible with the Burton Channel® system.
